The Opportunity
MasterClass was built on unprecedented access to insights from the world's best minds. MasterClass On Call expands this by transitioning users from lean back one way learning into an active two way conversation.
Other A.I. chat apps either provide useful general intelligence, or recognizable avatars of well known personalities. On Call combines deep domain specific intelligence, and uncanny voice likeness to trusted experts, carving out a new lane in the A.I. Chat space.
Design Direction
We built a design language on the intersection of SMS UI, spatial depth, and interactivity. It that aims to create an approachable environment to build trust with A.I. agnostic users, show how the product works simply, and position this as new category of chat AI Chat app.
